How we used growth hacking to increase leads and revenues of a B2B startup by 25%

The beginning of our journey was rough:

  • A B2B startup with a small marketing budget
  • Over 50 competitors in the market, some of them bigger and better known than us
  • Difficulty in differentiating our messages from those of the copmetition
  • Hardly any organic searches on the topic so SEO is irrelevant

So how did we build an effective marketing plan?

In my talk we’ll “travel” the timeline of the startup’s first 12 months and analyze several unique tactics and campaigns employed during that time, using channels like growth hacking, email marketing, content marketing, events and video marketing – to show how we created a perpetual leap in the company’s leads and transactions. In each campaign we’ll examine the smallest details to understand what made it succeed.
