How we penetrated the US market with a new product by effective market automation

Booba Digital is an agency within the Active Trail company, which specializes in email marketing, marketing automation and building customer journeys – from lead generation, through CRO, to conserving and increasing their value and prolonging their market life.

Following its first fundraising cycle, a startup company became a client of ours with the goal of introducing its product into the American market. We faced numerous challenges with this project: limited budgets, tight schedules, lack of focus, limited human resources, prioritizing issues, and so on.

Within a year, we’ve managed to to successfully introduce the product into the market, maximize the company’s ROI, automatize its marketing, optimize working processes and ultimately, give the investors great value and lead the company to another successful fundraising cycle.
